Shipping & Delivery
Most orders ship within 2 business days and should arrive within 4-6 business days. No Orders are processed over the weekend.  If you have your order number, you can see the status of your order by logging into your account, or you can email or call us to check your order status. When calling or emailing us in reference to your order(s), please provide your order number so that we may be better able to assist you.  You can find your order number on the confirmation page at the end of your checkout process, in the confirmation emails you received after you made your purchase, and on the packing slip that came with your shipment.

Returns & Replacements
IT’S IMPORTANT TO US THAT YOU'RE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR RASOOLS MENS WEAR MERCHANDISE.  We accept returns for up to 30 days after receipt of your purchase. Return items must be sent back in their original packaging, with store tags attached. When returning footwear, shoes must be placed inside of the manufacturer’s shoebox, then inside of a separate shipping box. Do not write on the manufacturer’s shoebox, tape it closed, or use it as a shipping box. Footwear returns will not be accepted unless both the shoes and shoebox are undamaged. To send an item back to us, please enclose the Rasoolsonline.com invoice which arrived with your package. You may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as Rasools Mens Wear cannot be responsible for lost return shipments. You are also responsible for the return shipping fee. Send your package to:

Once we receive your return package, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. We will send you an email notification when your refund has been processed. Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for the original order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

 Due to our rapidly changing store inventory, Rasools Mens Wear does not process exchanges. We suggest that you send your merchandise back to us for a store credit which can be used to place a new order with us at any time.
Ordering
Simply shop the website and add the items you like to your shopping Cart. When you are ready to place your order, click the Shopping Cart link on the top right of any page. On the Shopping Cart page either log in, if you've previously purchased from us, or click New Customer Checkout and follow the prompts. You will have the opportunity to select your shipping destination and preferred payment option during checkout.  We encourage you to start the checkout process and provide us with your shipping address to receive accurate shipping rates for your order. Once you have selected your desired shipping option, we will calculate your order total.  If you have any questions, please contact us.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
If you are a retailer who wishes to buy bulk or wholesale clothing, please call the store and speak to our store manager. All orders placed on our website will be charged our full retail prices as shown online.

We reserve the right to modify the price of any item at any time. If you see an item you want, and it's on sale, please shop quickly as quantities are limited and the sale may be ending soon. Once a sale ends and an item goes back to full price, we will no longer grant you a discount.

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our online store may be mispriced through human error. When this occurs, we will take the necessary action to correct the error. If you purchased an item that was priced too high, we will notify you and issue you a refund. If you purchased an item that was priced too low, we will notify you and either cancel your order or collect payment for the difference.

In the event that the price of an item you purchased is later marked down, Rasools Mens Wear will honor your price adjustment request if made within 5 business days of your initial order date. If an item that you ordered has been marked down, and it has been fewer than 5 business days from the day you placed the order, please contact us for assistance.

Please note that only one discount or markdown will be honored per customer order.

Payment Options

Rasools Mens Wear accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Debit cards are also accepted as long as they have a Visa or MasterCard logo. These cards are secure and provide for the fastest order processing. When you are ready to check out, click on the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT BUTTON located on the bottom right hand corner of your shopping cart and follow the online instructions to complete your purchase.

Pay Pal

PayPal payments are also accepted. When you are ready to checkout, click on the yellow CHECKOUT WITH PAYPAL BUTTON located at the bottom right hand corner of your shopping cart. Log into your Pay Pal Account and complete your purchase. You will be redirected back to our website once you have placed your order.

Money Orders

We accept money order payments by mail as long as your money order is denominated in US dollars. Customers paying by money order must include their order number in the reference section. Both numbers and our mailing address will be provided when you choose the money order payment option during checkout.

Sales Tax

We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders delivered to states in which we have corporate locations. Therefore, sales tax will be charged on orders delivered within the state of Florida, subject to local tax rates
